what are your starting weights and goal weights? and age?
I'm 21 years old. My starting weight was 230, and I am currently 216. My goal is between 140-160. I just want to be decently in shape.

Im 26. My starting weight was 217 and right now my goal is 165. Once I get there, I will reevaluate if I want to go lower, because I have never been at that weight, so I dont know how it will look on me.0

I am 33 but started at the age of 32 and I am 5.4" and weighed 171.4 pounds. My goal weight was 135, then 130, then 125, and then 122.......now I weigh 114.6 and need to eat more. I have been having problems getting above 1400 calories because I am so stressed right now I can't eat. So now I use MFP as a tool to help make sure I eat enough instead of eating too little.
