Tuesday my daughter was induced with her 2nd child, and she's 2 states away, so I couldn't be near her. The suspense was killing me! And I wanted to eat. I wanted peanut M&Ms from the vending machine at work.
BUT, I knew what was going on. I knew I was craving comfort from food, and I resisted!
I am so thrilled that I recognized what was going on and didn't give in!! This is huge progress for me.
