I just learned about this site from yahoo... I am determined to loose 46 lbs yeah I know it's a whole lot but with a support system and a daily log my goal is more realistic ... I am 5'3" and weigh 184 =( that sad part is I have gained the 20 in the last 3-4 months ... I look forward to talking with you all and hearing your stories ... Good luck all ...
