The Shakeweight!

Does anyone actually use the shakeweight? Let alone have success with it? I had received one a few months ago. Kinda akward and feel silly using it. I looked up reviews online and was surprised that there were actually some good reviews. Does anyone have any input on it. Or even pictures would be great!!

Useless. You're better off doing non-weighted squats, pushups, situps, etc.0

Rude people!! My goodness!!
Anyway, about your question.. I, personally, have not used one. However, I had a co-worker who got one and he really liked it because it worked his arms and shoulders a lot. He said he saw and felt results pretty much right away.0 -

I gave my wife one last year as a gag gift. It sits there collecting dust ever since I took a video of her using it.0

I haven't heard any reviews either way to be honest. I'm sure if you use it the way it's intended to be used it could have some great results.... personally I find it more humerous, lol... I wouldn't be able to use it just becaues I'd be giggling. I do seem to remember using one somewhere, and after about 40 seconds I started feeling it... so I'm sure you could get some results from it....0

That's not rude it's the truth. Here, I'll validate your rudeness statement. It's a worthless piece of crap that somebody smarter than us is making an *kitten* load of money off of at the unknowing person's expense. Chin-ups and Dips would be 1,000 times better.0 -

But those are hard. Isn't the point to get RIPPED doing as little work as possible?
@Gilbrod lol you found the best purpose
It's pretty good cardio for anybody watching you. Laughing burns like a cal a minute, so if everyone laughs about it for an hour...0
