Hard time in week 2 in Ripped in 30

I recently started doing Ripped in 30 which I am loving. However, I just moved to week 2 and cant do half of the exercises. It is very discouraging. So I went back to week 1 for now, since I don't want to do nothing or get down b/c I can't do the exercise. Anyone else having that problem?? What can I do???

    Just keep at it, they are new moves, so you aren't accustomed to doing them, plus they are probably working different muscles, or in a different way, than what you did in week 1. Just keep at it, you will get stronger. :)

    Thanks Amy. However, I physically can't do them no matter how hard I try. My body doesn't move that way or is flexible enough to do them. I have tried so many times and paused the DVD to try getting them right.
  • I was exactly the same! Did the first day of week 2 and felt so disappointed like you I couldn't do any of the moves. I kept pausing and going back but just couldnt get my body to move to those positions. At least you went back to week one-I just stopped altogether! My 2 year old has been really ill so ive only been getting 3 or 4 hours sleep a night and working full time so exercise was the last thing on my mind. I might give it a nother go, starting on monday!
