Any type of healthy protein... deep breathing and a quick walk will help.... do you have any healthy nuts?0

Agreed, some sort of protein helps, just keep the serving small. Also, distract yourself with work, or a brief walk. Drink some extra water.0

Definitely keep some fresh fruit and nuts with you at work. I really like the dry roasted unsalted peanuts. Hope it passes soon!0

Honestly nothing is going to give you the dopamine you'll get from a mcd's double cheeseburger... so let's just get THAT outta the way... lol
What do you have at your disposal? Some clean protein might satisfy you... maybe not the craving but the hunger, anyway, and you won't feel so guilty.
I brought a burger for my dinner tonight.... extra lean beef grilled with egg whites and bread crumbs mixed in, an english muffin bun, a juicy tomato slice, and some yellow peppers... I was SO surprised the first time I had this meal how yummy it was!!
Hope you don't succumb to your craving... you can fight through it! It takes time and energy to make a meal even comparable to fulfulling that craving for fast food, but the reward is totally worth it....0 -
i have some pistachios0
