Half way point down 31lbs

I have reached my halfway point. I have gone from 206 before my second little boy was born to 175, he is 18 monthes now. I am not the poster child for weight loss, I try my best to stick within my calories but that doesnt happen and I work out whenever I think about it. I have started a "second wind" these past couple of weeks and seem to have more personal strength to keep going. I have been attending a fitness class at my work twice a week. Its not hard, you just have to have self control. You know what you should and shouldnt have, just dont put it in your mouth or better yet order it at all! Good luck to everyone with their goals... I'm hoping in a year I can repost another success story being at my goal weight!

What a difference! Congrats! And, I think that it's far more important to go with calorie changes you can maintain in the long term rather than to focus on strict changes for rapid loss that you can't maintain. - For what may opinion is worth. :)

Thank you! I agree, I want this to be a life style change so it will be a success in the long run. Crash diets and fads never work!

    You look fabulous!!!
  • You look FANTASTIC! What a difference!
  • The difference from pic 1 to pic 2 is so powerful. I actually think you are the poster child for weight loss, or one of them anyway. Thank you so much for sharing. It's completely helpful.
