I need to increase my cardio, and I've been dying to try Zumba. My park district does have a class, but I already have 3 regular "non-kid" commitments that take me away from home every week. I don't want to add to that. So I thought I might try it at home. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good Zumba DVD? Or is it really better to take the live class?

I don't live anywhere near a class so I bought the DVD set for $60 and love it.

One video is instruction. There is a 20 min express workout and several 50 min workouts. I haven't gotten through all the DVDs but it sure is fun. Your kids would probably enjoy doing it with you.0 -
I agree! I got the set online at Zumba.com I love it you get 5DVDs and a set of sticks/maracas. Good stuff! The DVDs are just as good as a class- I think!0
