Help Pumpkin smoothie?

I love pumpkin and I want to include it in my morning smoothie, but my recent attempt of carrot and pumpkin just hasnt turned out quite rite.
Here's what I'm doing now
1 cup carrots
3/4 cup pumpkin
1 cup cider

    Ingredients

    1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin puree
    2 cups milk
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon



    Ingredients:

    1/2 cup pumpkin puree
    1/2 very ripe medium-sized banana
    3/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt (I used Oikos 0% fat Greek vanilla yogurt)
    1 tbsp honey
    1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup crushed ice


    Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

    1/2 cup coconut milk

    1 cup pumpkin, cooked

    1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

    4 dashes ginger powder

    4 dashes nutmeg powder

    1 teaspoon stevia

    1 teaspoon vanilla

    8-10 ice cubes

    BUMP! DQ has their pumpkin Blizzard out and there is of cours the Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks I'm avoiding... I def. needed an alternative. I :heart: Pumpkin

    I may add a scoop of vanilla cream protein powder for an afterworkout shake :) YUM! Thanks!

    I'd also suggest mixing coffee, unsweetened almond milk, coffee mate pumpkin spice creamer with some ice blended up. Stevia if you wish, too. It's like a 35 calorie version :)

    I am a bit of a smoothie fanatic....and my favorite thing is pumpkin, so I have experimented some!

    I made this one the other day and it turned out yummy!

    1 banana
    1/2 c pumpkin
    1 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

    I have also put in a carrot and that turned out good too.

    I am a bit of a smoothie fanatic....and my favorite thing is pumpkin, so I have experimented some!

    I made this one the other day and it turned out yummy!

    1 banana

    1/4 tsp cinnamon

    I tried it today for a snack and it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good! Oh my gosh....can't wait to have it again! YUM! Kept me full for hours too!
