Hi, I am new here and I need to know if anyone can tell me how to go back and change my exercise minutes, I would like to increase my number of minutes per week, and I havent been able to go back and I dont want to have to start all over. Anyone know?

When you pull up your daily exercise log... click on the actual exercise, ie: elliptical, treadmill etc... and it will pop up a little window for you to change the minutes or the calories burned etc.0

Try 'My Home', then 'Goals' - there should be a button at the bottom that says 'Change goals' - you should be able to change them here! Good luck! :happy:0
