Ok friends...I do not want to get bored with this...any meal suggestions? Have a favorite idea you would like to share?

green peppers, red/yellow peppers, onions and mushrooms sauteed with olive oil. can of rotel tomatoes w/green chilies and a can of black beans. Serve it with a piece of boneless skinless chicken breast. It is so good. It definitely has a little spicy kick but super delicious. spread the word if you find any that you love! I'm always looking to find new ideas too! Good luck0

I love easy meals since I'm in college.
Veggie lasagna (you can freeze the leftovers to make your own healthy microwaveable food)
Parmesan pasta (~15 minutes to make and absolutely scrumptious. Load it with the veggies!)
Banana pancakes (1 egg + 1 banana = a lot of healthy mini pancakes that make a great breakfast or low-cal workout snack!)0 -
I love to have a salmon burger (trident from Costco) and Orowheat sandwhich thins with all the fixins of a burger, tomato lettuce red onion, ketchup and mustard.
Also baking a chicken breast in foil with 2tbsp of salsa and a little brown rice with lemon juice on it0 -
