It is eight o'clock at night and I have over 400 caloires left for the day. I NEVER have this many left so late in the day. I have checked my list of foods like 10 times thinking I HAD to forget to record something.

I am sure it is due to getting used to eating foods that are low in calorie but still fill me up . And no ice cream in the freezer on the one day I could actually have it......:ohwell:

Any peanut butter or cheese in the house? Both are good, and heavier on the calories. Great job!

Those are the days (evenings) when I have a big bowl of my daughter's cereal... Not horrible for you... except for all the sugar! YUM!
  • I'm jealous!!! :grumble: LOL...enjoy something good for me!! I only have 60 left!!
  • Don't go crazy. Count it as extra pounds waiting to fall off. Did you get enough protien for the day?
  • If you have eaten throughout the day and you are not hungry - don't eat... that just is not logical. This is how we get in trouble, eating when full... be happy you made some very smart choices today that kept you feeling satisfied all day. I hope those were veggies or fruit and high in protien and fiber!

Save the ice cream for a day you'll really savor it! then it's worth the calories!

You must listen to your body. If you're not hungry, don't eat. Your body will tell you if it goes into starvation mode & it sounds like you ate some healthy, filling meals so don't stress about it!

I'm a little confused too. I've plenty to eat today and feel full/bloated. I have 200 left but don't know what to do - at 1058 could go up to 1200. I've had breakfast, lunch, dinner. Not quite 5 fruit and vegetables to day but lots of protein/carbs. Eat or not to eat that is the question. Also, does anybody save up during the week so they can have a glass of wine or two on the weekend?
