I Am addicted to chocolate. I used to eat a candybar every day. Now I'm not doing that but I know if I don't get some chocolate Im going to go scarf down an entire bag of reeces cups. What are some not too horrible chocolate options. Other than those 3 musketeers (i think) I dont like them much.

Ever tried Vita Tops chocolate chip muffin tops? They are in the freezer section, are 100 calories and have a good amount of fiber. They are serious cakey goodness

9 milk chocolate hershey kisses = 200 calories. They take me forever to eat, especially if I let them melt slowly in my mouth. Yummmm

I agree with the hershey's kisses! I buy a bag but hide them in my pantry so I don't see them evertime I open the door. If I crave chocolate I'll have some and I trust myself not to eat more than 9 (200 calories).

I like the hershey dark kisses, but really I take 3 kisses and take small bites, usually that's enough. But I do it EVERY night!

Ive heard those dark hersheys kisses are good for you. Antioxidants or soemthing.
  • Don't deprive yourself of your favorite chocolate... just have less of it. I start to go crazy if I try to eat replacements... because I'm still not getting what I want! I actually end up eating MORE calories because I finally cave and eat what I really want in the end. I can't keep a bunch in the house, though, or I'll eat the whole bag!!!

I'm the exact same way. I can only buy what I should be eating because if i buy enough for the week I'll eat it all at once.
  • My chocolate fix is Dove Dark Chocolate Promises. One piece is only 30 cal. I suck on it slowly in the evening as a reward for a good day. To me the dark chocolate has more flavor and I love the little inspirational saying on the inside of the wrappers.

The dove dark chocolate are the best or Dark Chocolate Bliss! Dark Chocolate is the best kind of chocolate for you and is very rich in flavor.
  • I eat those 100 calorie chocolate bar sticks. My faves are dark chocolate Aero or Kit kat. I love dark chocolate but if you don't you can also get them in milk chocolate. I've read a lot of different articles that have said an ounce of chocolate a day (preferably dark) is actually good for you. All I know is I couldn't live without it! Lol.

Xocai chocolate is good for you, I get it online, I've only seen it in one store, it was like a massage reflexology place that I saw them selling it, so your best bet would be online. It's pricey, but good.

another thing that is AMAZING.. is the chocolate caramel mini bars from Weight Watchers. They are 80 calories and taste like a twix without the graham cracker layer. I think you can get them offline, Im not sure though, my mom buys them when she goes to the meetings.

Spring for dark chocolate whenever possible. Also toast with nutella & sliced banana is about as decadent as healthy chocolate breakfasts come!

I tend to reach for sugar-free chocolates. Many different companies make them, my favorite after dinner treat.
  • Low calorie chocolate pudding mixes. Make them with unsweetened almond breeze (40 cals a cup) or skim milk. You can layer with fat free cool whip, it is deliciously satisfying and so low calorie. hungrygirl.com also has awesome chocolate replacements, take a look I am sure u will like the recipes there. good luck!!
