I've been using MFP very successfully for 25 days now, intermittent fasting for 12 days. I was due on a week ago, ive had all the symptoms - one day of mood swings, hot flushes, aching body and tiredness and my tummy has been really bloated, still swollen. My pms only usually lasts a couple days, not over a week and still no sign of auntie flow. Is it possible that my new diet changes and exercise routine will cause a missed period or delay it? I would be interested in hearing other peoples experiences.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I heard eating too little can cause that, but so can eating too much ( being overweight). When I was over weight I actually didn't get to have a period, until when I started losing weight and eating healthy.0
