Can you recommend a life-style diet?

I want to be able to have a weekly cheat day and not too much strenuous exercise (I walk 40 mins 5-6 days)

    Just keep in mind that a lot of time when we eat "clean" throughout the week, on our "cheat days" it tends to be things high in sodium or processed, which may make you have water weight and bloated feeling. So I say, enjoy your cheat day (or maybe just a cheat meal), but just drink LOTS of water.

    Hey supercool111 :love: How have you lost 25lb since Jan , let me know your secret. I've been going to the gym sticking to my calories & at first was losing now STUCK> maybe to many carbs.Also when you burn 400-500 calories can you have them added to your 1200-1300 a day?? Good for you keep up the good work, any suggestions would really help, getting very discouraged,& just want to say screw it.(but don't want to)
  • I walk the dogs alot and thats not hard excercise! :)
