Back in the 200's!

I weighed in this morning at 299.6 and have lost just over 60 pounds so far!.

This is by no means my goal weight but is a mini-goal on my way to my goal weight.

I lost the first 50 pounds relatively quickly but after a couple of foot injuries and a week long vacation in Disney Word, the next 10 came off quite a bit slower.

    Workout especially when you don't want to.
    Set goals and try to shatter them.
    Don't feel guilty for overeating or going out, just try to keep this to a minimum.
    Surprise yourself.
    Buy stock in Apple.
    Try new things.
    Go outside of your comfort-zone.

    Congratulations! Those foot injuries are the worst, huh? I broke my toe and it has put a big cramp in my exercise plan.
