I hate when AF comes to visit. She's such a drain on my sanity and the happiness within my home

Yes this happens to me too. I actually noticed this time because I weigh once a week now. It turns out I put on 5 pounds but I am happy to say that I lost it and almost a pound more to go with it.0

I definitely experience that every month. I try to avoid the scale as much as possible so I don't lose hope. According to some articles, to avoid bloating try the following:
- consume more water
- avoid caffeine and alcohol
- consume aloe vera (pills, juice) to help your body process water more quickly
- reduce your salt intake
