Frozen Vs. Fresh

I thought we were going to be talking about fresh veggies and fruits vs frozen. I perfer fresh but I know that at least a few months a year any given fruit or veggie is going to be CRAP at the supermarket and if I really want it frozen will have to do it.
As far as what you are talking about making recipes so you can just add them later helps. Also, I often have enough food made that it's lunch the next day or two and then you can just copy by hand or if it's the same meal more than one day you can copy everything via a click. In fact now that I think of it you can create meals so you can just have them with one click.
Sure you have to figure out everything once but if you are smart it can be only once.0 -
I've never used the recipe option before, but i'm going to use it a lot starting tonight. I find eating the same 10ish healthy homemade recipes helps me keep things simple and therefore stick to a diet plan. Thanks to everyone for the tips!0
