Muscle Max - Max Pro

Ok, so it has been a tough month. I have been working out like aa crazy person (6 days a week) and eating what I thought I should with NO CHANGE. So I met with a guy over at Muscle Max and he looked at my food diary - WAY TOO MANY CARBS and put me on a more balanced high protein, lower cards, low fat diet. Nothing crazy abd nothing I can not do. He add Muscle Max Max Pro to my diet 2/3 times a day. This was three days ago and I weigh in on Monday - I feel good but not sure it is working. I have certainly lowered my carbs.

Has anyone else done something similar or ever used Max Pro??

    I am adding Max Pro to my Greek Yogurt in the morning and having a shake in the mid afternoon and eating a regular lunch and dinner focused on high protein low fat and carb choices. (chicken, lean beef, fish, salad veggies etc...)
