Hi, all! I just signed up today in lieu of a paid site like WW. I am psyched to start working out and tracking my calories. I think the iPhone app will be a great benefit. Any recommendations on filling, healthy snacks? I am a snacker and I think that is going to be the toughest hurdle for me.
Thanks!
Suzanne
Thanks!

My go-to snack foods: low-fat cottage cheese, almonds (I eat an ounce a day), string cheese and fruit, a slice of turkey rolled with lettuce and lowfat cheese. From my experience, the key to a great snack is a mix of protein and healthy carbs, keeping it under 200. And eating real food and not processed bars -- it seems like they're lots of calories and don't really make you feel full. Hope this helps!0

Thanks a bunch! I don't do cottage cheese, but I have my almond stash at work. I have a fridge here, so I can bring some cheese too.0
