what to put on quinoa pancakes

I just printed a recipe fr quinoa pancakes. I'm going to give it a try. Does anyone have suggestions of healthy toppings to add some nice flavor? I know syrup isn't a good idea :-)

    Mix some cashew butter with vanilla extract, liquid stevia and a little bit of water and you have cashewnut cream! It's delicious on pancakes.... Slice up some banana to put on top ;-)

    regular pancakes! lol I tried quinoa and it is disgusting.
