45 pounds lost 28 with MFP

Hi guys. I need to brag a little lol. I was 205 when I went to delivery room.... 180 after the labor.... In a year I lost about 17 pounds but that wasn't enough. I joined MFP when I was 163 pounds.... I was very unhappy with myself and needed to change it. After few months of mostly clean diet and barely any exercise I lost 28 pounds.... Today I hit my first WG 135. I was size 14 and now Im size 4. I will put some pics up as soon as I will learn now to lol. I just want to say THANK YOU to all that supported me every day, who posted on here and gave me strength and will power .... made me stick to it. I was size 10 when I joined and 6 sizes in few months is a big accomplishment to me. YAY !!!!!!!!!!!! :drinker:
