Cardio options w/ an injured ankle

I've recently injured my ankle (not too severe, but I'm not comfortable running on it) and would like to find a suitable cardio replacement for the next week or two so as not to lose any momentum.
Does anyone know whether using the stationary bike would be low impact enough to prevent worsening the problem? Any other suggestions for cardio alternatives?

Maybe swimming? Depends on which way it hurts when you move your ankle I suppose. Have you asked your Dr? If you're unsure I don't know if it'd be a good idea to do something that might cause more injury and then you're laid out longer.0
