Thank you for today. Thank you to all of you that had a question, posted a blog and answered a question. Thank you for asking me to think about things, learn about things and read about your adventures. Thank you to my "friends" for posting their issues today and for those of you that mailed me a message giving me encouragement or asking a question.
Why am I thanking you?
Because if I didnt have you all today my "diet" would have gone to *kitten*, my willpower wouldnt have held up and the goal numbers on my food page would be so red they'd almost be purple! Today I needed to sit on this site for hours just reading, posting, surfing and looking...I needed that support today. So, I thank you.

    That is SUCH the beauty of MFP.... the ability to reach out, and have a whole community of people there to support, encourage, distract, nag, pester, make you laugh......

    Glad you took advantage of that, and weren't disappointed.... glad you are at the point where you know that's what you needed, today.
