Hey All!

I'm newly committed after a horrible health journey. I'm gluten free (not by choice) and trying to do better for myself and my body.

However, sometimes (like tonight) I've had such a great day that I have a bunch of calories left over (and have earned some more) but had great rounded meals. However, I'm pretty high in weight and don't want to under-eat too much.

Any recommendations would really be appreciated!

My husband is gluten free too!! Seems like a lot of people are anymore. He has celiacs disease. I have a blog with lots of recipes that are healthy that he enjoys, maybe that would help? http://fitandtoneforlife.blogspot.com

If you have any questions, send me a message! I know it's confusing learning about it all!! We were completely lost at first.

You're welcome to look through my diary. I have to stay gluten free and dairy free.

My favorite high nutritional value calorie booster: raw salt-free nuts.

Thanks all. I've been gluten free for years so I'm good on that end, but I'll definitely take a look at your site and diary!

FWIW, I'm good with dairy and PB.
