I'm gonna have a 1,000 cals left at dinner time. What's low fat, lowish carbs and high protein you would have for dinner?

Sorry, I can't concentrate on your question, all I can do is look at your profile pic and think about how much I want a beer...
Ahem. What about a mexi-bowl? Brown rice, chicken breast, beans, greek yogurt, tomatoes, lots of hot sauce. Should be under 1000. Maybe even a little cheese. Mmm, cheese...0 -

On Fridays and Saturdays every second week or so I let myself drink as much as I wan (which is a lot). No doubt it slows my progress down but I'm not in any hurry. :drinker:0 -
So, how was dinner?
I would consider breaking it into two meals. I'm eating five a day now and have been for a couple of weeks. My metabolism has definitely changed as I am STARVING every three hours now and I have more energy in the mean time.0 -
Steak and chips. High carbs in the chips I know, but, meh..0
