So Halloween is around the corner and was wondering what everyone's favorite Halloween candy is? I love Kit Kat and those black and orange wrapped candy. :happy:

    to be honest I don't eat anything.. I'm not a huge candy person. My daughter and husband tear it up., My 3 year old son takes 1 bite and throws it away.

    I like bottle caps.
    But I give out toys as an alternative to candy these days. Yes, I have some candy on hand, but many of the kids prefer the non-food treats. For instance, the other year I found a bag of 25 small play dough containers for under $5. So, under 20 cents per child. I also keep my eye on the party favors throughout the year... you can get puzzles, mini-coloring books, stickers, plastic rings and many other toys cheaply. The kids like them, and I feel like I'm encouraging them to think of other things in addition to candy as good treats.
