    Hi all my name is Tina and I live in Minnesota right up on the border to Canada. In a town that is called the "Ice Box of the Nation" . Actually for all that Bullwinkle and Rocky this is the town Frostbite Falls was named after.

    As I read the names of cities and states where people are from, I asked this question< " What foods are the greatest temptation where you live?" Come to Chicago...... ha..... They will lure you into Giordanos pizza, the best steaks, potatoes, and shopping malls filled with salty, sugary temptations..... When you live near a big city... there is food everywhere. In the midwest, we have freezing winters ( unless global warming kicks in). So, we eat carbs from November through March.... It's very difficult to stay on a diet or go outside for exercise when there's three inches of ice on the sidewalk. Every excuse in the book, but I still say where you live impact what, how much, and when you eat .... while logging it all in Myfitnesspal. :wink:
