    greek yogurt with fresh fruit
    chicken
    pork loin
    vanilla protein powder in oatmeal

    I eat cheese, avocados, salmon, ground turkey, black beans, greek yogurt....I try to get in as much protein as I can.

    Greek yogurt with low carba is a staple (I'm getting aprox 19g of protein per 100 cal on my greek)

    Steak
    Whey powders

    I don't trim fat off any meat. The human brain needs it.
    I try to reach 65+% of my calories from fat.

    I eat lots of chicken, tuna, talipia, and only eat beef once a week. I also make sure to eat nuts and beans. Seems to help keep my hunger down and I eat 4 to 5 small meals a day.

    Yup. Fats are essential. We have the government to thank for the fat scare that started in the 70's. Their "cure" was worse than the supposed disease.

    Well I am vegetarian, but i will eat fish. Sadly I live on a college campus and they isnt a wide array of fish here to eat. So I will eat lots of beans (like in soups etc) and they do have salmon burgers so I have those alot. Also I eat alot of natural peanut butter as a snack ( it is high in calories but great on protein and energy) it's good before the gym as well if you're in a hurry.
