Soup&Exercise!

So tomorrow I'm starting a 30 day shred but also changing the way I eat. I made this soup up last year and eat it while exercising so far I've lost over 33 lbs, cleared my acne, and had an boost of energy. I use the Food Pyramid and fresh veggies to come up with a great meal! Even my fiancee loves :) It's not like a cabbage soup diet its just a sort of meal replacement dish.

    I gather all the ingredients below in a big pot or Crock pot and eat throughout the week! Yum!
    1 can of Chicken Broth
    1 Bunch of celery
    3 cans of roasted tomatoes
    3 Carrots
    2 Squash
    3 Bell Peppers (any kind)
    1 lrg white onion
    1 lrg sweet onion (purple)
    3 small red potatoes
    1 Box of Lipton Chicken Soup
    1 can of Progresso Clam/ Oyster Sauce ( I use this by accident it gave a great flavor)
    1 bag of small Swedish Meatballs
    * Add any fresh veggie you like with this its amazing!
