I had to add weight training after babies to look the way I wanted to. In my 20s I looked ok just eating well and staying slim with cardio, but after 2 babies in my 30s everything was jiggly no matter how much weight I lost. Doing heavy squats, etc., especially overhead squats and the like, where the core has to work hard to keep the bar steady, finally fixed me up. Kettlebell exerciss have helped too I think.

you really want to try jillian michaels 30 day shred. some parts are more stubborn than others for sure. I am down 45 pounds though from my pregnancy weight. It will happen, don't worry. Also if you are breast feeding it really helps. and make sure you are adding enough calories into your diet. There is a breastfeeding additional calories in the food log on MFP.
