The 10 pound difference

I've got a long way to go, but I am amazed at the changes in my body. I never took proper "before pics" so mine are from about 5 pounds in. I've lost 15 pounds, but this shows a 10 pound loss! I was floored when I took my progress pic this morning!

I eat about 1800 calories a day, do Couch to 5K and lift heavy!
