Hello everyone. I joined MFP one year ago. I have lose around 85 pounds since I have started. Here is my one year transformation pictures. I am done "dieting" and now must take on the challenge of maintaining my weight. Thank you Myfitnesspal for providing me with all the necessary tools to help me get to this point.
