    I am not following any real diet. Just eating things in moderation and making better choices. I still eat the things I like and want though. I eat around 1200-1400 calories a day and burn between 700-1200(sometimes more) calories a day. I also drink tons of water...like 12-18, 8 oz glasses a day. I don't drink soda at all(been soda free for almost 4 years) and I don't drink many caffeinated drinks. Hope this helps. Feel free to add me! :)
