I have a new obsession with yogurt.. I've eaten a lot of yogurt in my life but never really got excited about it until recently since I started adding stuff to it.. like sliced almonds, carob chips, dark chocolate chips, fresh fruit..
Now I'm curious about adding different things. I'm not a fan of granola, too much sugar/too many calories. I am curious about wheat berries and chia seeds but not really sure how to prepare them and how well they would pair with yogurt.
What do you add to YOUR yogurt??

Chia seeds you'd have to let them sit a while and get soft. Unless you like them hard I suppose....
I like pb (powdered pb works too), banana, cinnamon & raisins, jam, flavored protein powder, Kashi Go Lean, Cheerios...
I usually do a mix of those types of ingredients.0 -
