I basically watched what I ate. I stopped eating at fast food places, cut out meat from my diet and switched to meat substitutes, and started exercising. I would use the elliptical everyday or run a mile. I had done the 30 day shred in July which helped me lose inches and improve my strength. The key was just exercising and food. I heard that exercising helps suppress your appetite so I would exercise daily and after I got encouraged to run. There is no special way in dieting, you just got to watch the foods you eat. It was tough at first to adapt to not eating sugary foods but after I did the cravings went away. Stick to it and before you know it you'll be at your weight goal. If you are craving something then eat it or else you'll end up binge eating. I recommend eating oatmeal in the morning. It helps you stay full longer. Best of luck to you!!! (:0
