    Just for fun: Not necessarily scary, but totally bizarre: I found out that I actually like -gasp- EXERCISE! If only I wasn't so busy and self-conscious in the gym, I think I'd go almost every day.

    Scary Moment: My nicest business suits are now too loose. I wore one anyway last month, but when I reached the top of the stairs my heel caught the back hem because the pants were hanging down too low. I went sprawling into the office. At the time I had my briefcase bag over one shoulder, my lunch "purse-bag" & my regular purse Plus I had a mug of just cooked Weight Control Oatmeal in one hand. Despite the ungraceful thud I made, I did not spill my oatmeal! Lesson learned - when I wear those suits I fold the waistband over.

    Count me in! Since I'm new to the challenge world (and MFP to an extent! Only posted a few times and fell off the wagon.), my starting weight is also my current weight. I'm on a mission to be 130 lbs or less by the time I reach my 30th Birthday in November.... hopefully this will keep me on track! :D

    October is a small pitfall for me. Not only do we have Halloween, I'm Canadian. And we celebrate our Thanksgiving this month. I also have my annual work bowling tournament (in which I pig out on delicious chicken wings and drink) in the middle of it. But I know I can do this!

  • HI all,

    I lost a lot of weight after having my son in 2007, I was 170lb and went down to 139lb in 2009. Then I ate normal food and started eating wheat again. Now I now that wheat, dairy makes my breathing worse, so I have now reduced this or have stopped eating food which contains the above. I also try and stay away from process foods.

    I've just started taking Maximuscle promax and would like to hear from anyone who is doing the same. I have fruit smoothie for breakfast, shake for lunch and salad and meat for dinner. I'm in the UK and would love to find some buddies in my area. Since losing the weight again, I have noticed I am more confident and getting lots of complements. It helps and makes me want to work harder at getting fit. I don't smoke or drink which helps xx

    After losing 60 pounds, I was in the grocery store and ran into an old boss I worked with two years before...she had no idea who I was!!! Thrilling and spooky all at once!!!
