    Time and consistency is great for dieting, i apply the consistency to daily functions as well.

    Ironic or just a total idiot? I got locked out of my work email account and computer during an upgrade. I called the "help desk" to report it. Three days later I see the IT guy in the hall. "Hey ... I still can't get into my computer or email- when will it be fixed?" I ask. The reply... " I emailed the reset directions to you three days ago"........
