I have decided to post some pics but, I still cannot see a whole lot of change...I thought I would see more with a 50 lb difference. However, I will keep going! I have not been in the 200's since 99-00! I am wearing the same shirt in both pics, but I have a binder clip on the back in the second picture...you will see it in the last pic

Thanks...I really want to see the difference...I can in my clothes...I tried on a pair of pants that are 6 sizes smaller and they fit 26 to a 20!0 -
