HELP LOSING THE LOWER BELLY!!!

OK SO I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT AND TRACKING WHAT I EAT FOR A COUPLE MONTHS AND I HAVE ALREADY STARTED SEEING A CHANGE IN MY LEGS ,BACK,ARMS,FACE AND BELLY BUT I STILL HAVEN'T SEEN A CHANGE IN MY LOWER BELLY. SO DOES ANY ONE HAVE AND IDEAS OF HOW TO GET RID OF IT.

2) you have 39 lb to lose according to your ticker. Seems a bit early to be worried about what will and won't go away

People lose in different ares, in different order, so just keep up your routine and you will get there.0

i have no much to say other than you cant spot reduce. when i was at my lowest weight and body fat % i still had a spare tire. pain in my *kitten*.
ps- i find it entertaining that whenever i read caps, i yell the whole thing when reading it in my head.0 -
i've heard that the lower belly area is, for women, the hardest spot to get firm. You cant spot reduce so just keep eating right, exercising and you will get there. For a specific exercise for this area I like leg raises and but lift your bum when you get your legs all the way up.0
