45 lbs gone.. and ran into even more befores!!

I just got a new phone and while I was playing on it, I discovered I could look at photos on computers on my network. I was looking through some photos, and found a bunch from the last couple years that REALLY make me feel good about the progress I have made!!

I got really serious about MFP in April 2012. I started at 267 lbs at 5'9". I am now at 222. Still have a ways to go, but I am pretty confident that I am a little more than half way there (still not sure what my ultimate goal is :) ) I have achieved this by decreasing my caloric intake, drinking tons of water, and making regular trips to the gym. Yes, I am a bit of a gym rat now, but I have discovered that I really really enjoy going!

    Awww thanks haha Yeah, its funny.. I feel more comfortable in my skin now than I ever have, even when I was a teenager weighing 170.

    Love it! I'm starting in close to the same place (5'7' and 263) and it kinda helps sets a goal to try to be half as confident! Beautiful!

    Just keep at it every day! It is a lifestyle. Find what works for you and just run with it!
