    You look great! How to sustain the weight loss? I have lost several lbs in first few weeks of starting to count the calories & exercising but now I'm not losing much of weight though I'm still monitoring my calorie intake & exercising too!

    Love it! I'm starting in close to the same place (5'7' and 263) and it kinda helps sets a goal to try to be half as confident! Beautiful!

    Just keep at it every day! It is a lifestyle. Find what works for you and just run with it!
