Delicious HEALTHY cinnamon pancakes!!!

This morning I was messing around with items I had in the kitchen and I created the most delicious pancakes and best of all, they are healthy!!!!

Ingredients:
1.5 cup Instabake whole wheat pancake flour
2 tbs egg whites
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbs cinnamon
1 tbs Splenda brown sugar blend
1 tbs honey
1 tbs vegetable or canola oil


Combine all ingredients (except the honey) in a bowl and whisk until mixed. Pour 1/4 cup onto a griddle or skillet. Leave approximately 1 minute and flip. Voila!

This recipe makes two servings (4 pancakes)

Calories: 328 calories
Fat: 9 grams
Carbs: 40
Protein: 6 grams
Sodium:251

Feel free to substitute for regular milk, regular eggs, and regular sugar if you like.

Since this is so low in calories, you can easily pair it with some egg whites or turkey bacon to help get in some more protein.

Best thing about these pancakes, they didn't have that cardboard taste like other whole wheat pancakes do and they took me literally 5 minutes to make!
