    Congrats to everyone on finishing out the month. I will post a new topic tonight for October. However, this month has made me realize that I can't do the spreadsheet with my new job. So this group won't have that option unless I can figure out some thing else.

    9/17: 134.4. Umm, ok? I watched the scale creep down to 133 this week, and I lost an inch from my hips and waist, yet when I get on the scale this morning, it's back up to this? That's why I hate scales!
    9/24: 132.2. I don't think I'll meet my goal, but at least the scale is cooperating.
    9:30: 132.8. Could have been worse after a 4 day weekend that included my sister's wedding. However, I realize that with only about 7-8 pounds left to lose, my goal should be closer to half a pound per week.....so I'm happy with my progress. Great job to everyone else who stuck with it this month!

    Well, I have definitely fallen short this month. I think I needed a break from intense exercise and careful eating after several months of it. I'm going to make a solid effort again in October, starting on the 7th! That's the day I have decided to give up all the things that prevent me from losing again for a solid month (alcohol, bread, pasta, potatoes and cheese). One more week to enjoy whatever I want!

    These Monday weigh-ins always kill me too - I tend to eat salty foods on the weekend and retain water. I did weigh-in at 154.4 lbs 9 days ago, so I was very close to goal despite myself. :smile:

    October is a new month and fresh start!
