I always find that the exercises I try to do are very time consuming and hard work I know I might sound lazy but with coursework and a busy life I can't make time for consistent workouts please give me some good tips,routines and advice on how to keep my flat stomach and toned legs without harsh cardio!xxx

Tiffany Rothe does 10 minute videos on Youtube that you can mix and match to cater your needs/time constrains.

The advantage of these is that you can just do them at home whenever it suits you, without having to travel or anything0
