Question about Kris Gethin's 12 Weeks on Bodybuilding

Hey all,
I will make it short! I've been trying to live healthy, do workout & exercise since 2011! Now i'm planning to tone up my body and get the best shape for it and my muscles ofcourse! I'm not looking to gain muscle size! only need to define great muscles in my entire body! decided to start this program "Kris Gethin's 12 Weeks on Bodybuilding" from today itself.
I found this program in bodybuilding(dot)com long time back! but never tried it.. I was wondering if anyone tried it before or do they recommend this for me? I'm still planing to maintain my weight beside the lean muscle. I need to define the muscles on my entire body beside abs
.. I just started taking Whey protein only.

my friend akabrad has gone through this program. He definitely gained some serious mass! PM him. Not sure how active he has been lately but it's worth a shot.0

Thanks a lot Phillyactually I saw some results on youtube! damn it was amazing and exactly what I'm looking for
I will pm ur friend and see if he can share some information. beside I went through the workouts u provided me 4-5 days.. but it seems 4 days were removed alrdy..thinking of the 5 days workout each week!
