gained 4lbs in 2 months :(

i found out i was pregnant in august, sadly the pregnancy ended last week and i need to again carry on with my weight loss goal my aim is to get to 130 i am currently 152 and 4ft 11.75 so i am very short. my bmi is currently 29.9 and i am needing to shift this weight we have been trying for a baby with 2 miscarriages for 14 months now and struggling. i am back on 1200 calories per day and starting zumba 45 minutes 3 times per week again to get my motabolism kickstarted i feel deflated and i need some advice tips to get this started again i lost 42 lbs before i became pregnant since december 2011.

any tips would be appreciated

    Sorry for your loss, that's tough :(

    Best advice I can give you is to get active, push your feelings into exercise and find a high impact exercise to really push you and drive your endorphins. I wouldn't restrict yourself too much, eat a moderate volume, burn it up and use the endorphins to drive you forward. For me this works, got into the challenge that is Spinning and Biking and loving it.
