If you wake up around noon, do you log your first meal as breakfast, or lunch? :P

If I did then it would depend I guess on whether I'd be still eating 3 meals that day or 2 larger ones.0 -
It depends on whether I will still have lunch after I had breakfast or go straight to dinner ... but I guess it doesn't really matter as you can name the categories what you want them to be, so as long as you stick to your goal overall, you could create a category for "elevenses" and use that! :-)0

I have this "problem" all the time!
I'm the kind of person who reaaaaally likes to sleep. If I have a day off, I sleep in. Today I woke up around 11 and had a small breakfast, now it's 1.30 and I'm having lunch. Though some days I'll wake up later and just skip breakfast and only have lunch and dinner that day. If I feel hungry later on I'll just eat more snacks. My logging of this is quite random though, heh0 -
I have my Diary set up in 6 hour intervals. So I log whatever I eat and drink in that time frame.0

ie 9am-12pm

If I were to wake at 11, I'd probably log lunch, snacks, supper, but that's just me!0 -
