I was trying to make the diet coke cake and bought brownie mix on accident. They still turned out good. If you really want it, you should try it out. My husband even liked them and he doesn't like anything diet related.0

What i have learned is that if you are craving something go ahead. i do not deny myself anything but of course i dont pig out on it either. Trust I have alot worse than a brownie or two, three... and still lost weight. It will be alright!!!!0

the edys slow churned frozen yogurt is really good and only like 110 to 120 (depending on what flavor) calories per 1/2 cup0

Go do 100 jumping jacks and 25 sit ups. If you need to step outside and take a quick 5 or 10 minute walk. Curb that craving while you can hold on! If you really can't, then cut out a small piece for yourself, put the brownies away and have a small one, then go walk or exercise. Drink water as well. You can do it!
You could try substituting something else, but if you're like me... chocolate sings to my heart. Honestly I've never denied myself anything, I've learned to keep it all in moderation. You'll find something that works for you, and maybe that means cutting out brownies even at Hubby's request0 -
If it was me, I would go out for a 2 mile run and enjoy that brownie. Probably not helpful though.0

I guess I'm selfish but I wouldn't make anything I couldn't eat. If my hubby wants something like that he can do it for himself. He's been pretty supportive though. He brings home snack things he likes but that I wouldn't eat. I guess I'm really lucky in that way.0

I would eat the brownie and count it. Make is small tho.0

You know what I have done. Instead of making all of the brownies, throw out some of the batter.0

That's a good idea. Only making half a batch or something like that. Then they won't be around to tempt you.0

I just had sugar free jello and three tbsps lite whipped toppint. I know it's processed but I had to have something sweet. It was sooo good and now I am full and satisfied!!0
