Found a pic on my girlfriends phone of my face before I started MFP; it took me back a bit

Started the diet about 9th July... lost 18lbs so far. Just wish i took some body shots to compare too.

  wow what a huge difference! you look great...and i bet you didn't even really notice a difference looking in the mirror did you? i wish i had taken some body before pics too!

  woot! can really see the difference. I keep saying I'm going to take face and body each month - yet one month gone and I haven't. this will inspire me.
