Morning all!
Yesterday I completed my Biggest Loser Cardio DVD (435 calories! in 45 minutes!) and a 60 minute walk. That Biggest Loser DVD continues to blow my mind due to its intensity. I love having it for when I can't get to a class at the gym.
Today is my scheduled day off, but I'll probably get a walk in later w/ the old commuter pack on.
Happy Wednesday!

I'm still exercising even though I'm not posting everyday! I did 30 minutes of Taebo yesterday (busy day) and will try to get another hour in today. The scale isn't moving but I am starting to slim up again! That's encouraging!
Have a blessed day!

I went back to the Biggest Loser Cardio Max today. Bob and Jillian are great but Kim-not so much. Still waiting on Jillian.
I'm hoping to get a walk in today but the skies are pretty gray so I doubt it will happen.

Hi all
back on track now walked at 6 am this morning very invigorating did my chores walked my son to school another 30 mins did some more chores my guinea pigs have their babies so I currently own 12 guinea pigs so lots to do there. Went on my crosstrainer for 30 mins should be a rest day but didn't get on it yesterday as I have to take my son to A & E with a badly bruised ankly (that was 1/2 a day gone) so I only had 30 mins spare its better than nothing though. Just got back from walking to school had to carry my daughter she was being awkward wanted to walk then didnt etc etc. Tomorrow will be walk at 6 chores crosstrainer then take the kids to see the eye specialist at the hospital. then I will get another walk in collecting my son from school.
Hope all are doing well.

Hi All!
This is supposed to be my "light week" of exercise cycling and I'm struggling with it because it means my calories are low. Yesterday I went way over. I am definitely someone who would rather work out for two hours so that I can eat a lot.
Yesterday:
~ Did a Booty Ballet class at the gym that was really tough!
~ Did 30 minutes elliptical at a low speed
~ Took vitamins
~ Completely and totally overindulged at dinnertime at my sister's place. Stovetop s'mores...need I say more?
Today:
~ Staying within my calories
~ 30 minute walk
~ 30 minutes weightlifting at the gym0 -
You guys are off and running! I'm sore from my hill repeats yesterday, but not as bad as I thought. I guess they need to be a regular part of my routine.
Lower body and some more cardio today. I have no appetitie for some reason today, so I'm taking advantage and eating small portions. That's always a good thing.
Happy hump day!:flowerforyou:0
